Not sure who the guy working tonight July 26 at 9:15pm but he was super rude not only to us but the other female worker. They marked our order ready for pickup and we even gave that an extra 10 minutes. We get there and are told it’ll be another 3 minutes which turns into 10 minutes. He talks to me like I’m a child and tells me that my drink is right behind me and that I can bag it myself. Half the pizza didn’t have sauce, cheese or meat. I feel bad for the female worker as it seems that he makes her VERY uncomfortable. This is definitely our last time coming here.

Well now I had put in a order at 11 instead of calling me to just come get the order I worked all night so thought id order myself something to eat I live not even 5 minutes away. The worker canceled my order without a phone called so I called and he said he canceled it because hes closed and he made soemone else's food. I mean come on now a phone call would of helped so I could of ordered from somewhere else. I work in the food industry I get it but let someone know I out the order in a hour before close ridiculous wont order from here again

Manager ALEX was super rude. I just tried to call about my pizza error She said that she cut it in a squares. These are clearly triangles and she went back-and-forth with me, said I was cussing said I was going off on her. which I wasn’t she wouldn’t even try to let me get a word and she was super defensive right when I got on the phone . She kept on trying to tell me that I was wrong then she goes and said oh there was two different orders my bad but hey.. watch out whenever you order from this location hopefully this is my last time! I just was trying to get pizza for my students!

Your delivery order will be super late, through doordash and they will use the excuse that they are busy while giving you attitude. Have no issue with carry out but expect poor service with delivery. Your order will be super late because they will stake orders for one driver.

I just ordered a large pizza and I check the app to see if it been delivered. It said that it had been delivered but was never at my door. Didn’t hear a knock or nothing. I went outside to see if I can see the pizza delivery Person And the neighbour tells me that the delivery Person went to the other building adjacent to the apartment building I stay in. I’m already pissed off That I have to walk to the other building to get my order But as soon as I get back into my apartment I open the pizza box and one of the slices is missing. I cannot even make this up. I am so mad right now. I called the store to let them know about my order and to see if I can get a new order to replace the one I got. Whoever answered the phone told me that since they Do their deliveries through DoorDash, I will have to personally call DoorDash and talk to them even though To Resolve the matter . Even though I never order from DoorDash, I ordered directly off the website website to order my pizza. The photo that I took is what I got. I normally order from Papa John’s all the time, but this restaurant is the worst. The guy who answered the phone Wasn’t professional or try tohelp me resolve this issue. They di
